About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Millwright Supervisor to join our team in Markham, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing industrial maintenance operations, troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, and ensuring the smooth operation of CNC and automated manufacturing equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario 433A Millwright Licence
• Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting & repair skills
• Hands-on manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose mechanical failures independently
• Experience with CNC & automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience with preventive & corrective maintenance
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
