This includes: Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) Licensed Clinical or Social Workers (LCSW, LSW) Addiction Counselors (LAC, CAS, ADDC) Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) certified counselors Shift: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday; 07:00 - 17:00 In this impactful role, you’ll work closely with justice-involved individuals to support their mental health, recovery, and reintegration goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric assessments, leading individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and responding to crisis situations when needed. Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid and active Colorado license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW)
  • Minimum 1 year of counseling or crisis intervention experience
  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
  • MUST HAVE LICENSURE IN COLORADO AND REGISTERED ON DORA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with crisis response, serious mental illness, CBT, or DBT
  • SOMB certification or experience in sex offender treatment
  • Familiarity with correctional or high-risk populations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches
  • Assist with treatment planning, goal setting, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in crisis intervention and behavioral health emergencies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
