MySpectrum•High Point, NC
•$22,000 - $99,000•Remote

About The Position

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families. The organization seeks clinicians who bring cultural humility and experience supporting culturally diverse populations, including Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, and other historically underserved communities. Therapists provide care primarily via telehealth and may have in-person opportunities where available. Clinicians are direct W-2 employees, with part-time and full-time opportunities. MySpectrum provides administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and billing support while preserving clinicians’ clinical independence. Clinicians have control over their schedules and preferred caseloads and are paid biweekly based on completed, billed sessions. Compensation is production-based: 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session. Estimated annual earnings are approximately $22,000–$99,000 for part-time clinicians completing 7–29 billable sessions per week, and approximately $95,000 or more for full-time clinicians completing 30 or more billable sessions per week. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, payer mix, services, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors affecting completed billable sessions. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted license in one or more of the listed states and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. They must be comfortable working remotely and have a suitable personal computer, high-speed internet, and a consistently available HIPAA-protected space for sessions.
