About The Position
Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual means. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Part-time roles require a minimum of 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling, while full-time roles are 40 hours per week and require evening availability. Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN FLORIDA
- Licenses Accepted: RCSWI/CMSW, RMHCI, LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.

- Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise, develop new skills, and gain perspectives.
- Work with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to build strong relationships and facilitate sustainable healing.
