About The Position

We are actively recruiting for a passionate fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Peachtree City market who can partner with us to achieve our mission. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and do psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions. You will help people define goals, gain insights all through personalized committed care. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination, providing crisis intervention if needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD) in the state of Georgia
- Participation in clinical supervision is required to meet state licensing board requirements for independent licensure
- Passion for high quality care
- Proficiency in using an EMR system
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
Nice To Haves
- Geode will hire Therapist provisionally licensed as LMSW/LSW if you are committed to becoming fully licensed
- Over one year of professional experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Conduct psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions
- Help people define goals and gain insights through personalized committed care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide care coordination
- Provide crisis intervention if needed
- Use a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes through data to inform the plan of care
- Partner with the Prescriber for coordinated psychiatric and therapeutic care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all patient encounters
