About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist – LCSW / LPC / LMFT Location: Nashville, TN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee via secure video. Your work will center on structured sessions, measurable progress, and steady support.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience supporting adults and/or adolescents in therapy
• Comfortable working fully online with a set schedule

Responsibilities

• Complete telehealth assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Deliver recurring therapy sessions focused on concrete strategies
• Create and maintain treatment plans with clear goals
• Keep accurate, detailed notes in the EMR
• Join remote clinical meetings to share insights and review care
• Collaborate with non-clinical staff to support client experience
