About The Position
We are hiring licensed mental health providers in Texas to work from home and offer remote therapy sessions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while making a direct impact on clients’ lives through skilled therapeutic care.
Requirements
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group teletherapy sessions
- Develop and revise care plans based on client goals
- Use CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed techniques
- Perform clinical assessments and maintain records
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy and documentation regulations
