About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Redmond, OR Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to Oregon clients with consistent session blocks, clear documentation expectations, and a supportive remote team for consults and collaboration.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth tools and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions by secure video
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Build and review treatment plans with measurable targets
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation
• Attend consults and clinical meetings
• Support clinical review tasks when assigned (case feedback, note review support)
