About The Position

We’re hiring a New Jersey-licensed therapist for a telehealth-only role with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll provide therapy sessions, complete assessments, and keep treatment plans and documentation up to date. The focus is solid clinical care and reliable follow-through.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Clear, accurate documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intakes and document diagnostic impressions
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Maintain progress notes in the EMR
• Follow safety and escalation protocols
• Participate in consults and contribute to clinical quality processes as assigned
