About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. As a rapidly growing organization, Charlie Health is redefining behavioral health treatment and expanding access to care. The Operations team handles administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality mental health care. The role involves providing telehealth services in a virtual setting, with options for part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 employment. Full-time positions require evening and Saturday availability.

Requirements

Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Minnesota.
Licenses Accepted: LGSW, LPC, LAMFT, LISW, LICSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
Experienced with teens and young adults.
Passionate and skilled in group services.
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
Available evenings to meet client needs.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus.
MI certification a plus.
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group).
Engage collaboratively, creatively, and effectively on video.
