About The Position

Backpack Healthcare is expanding its services into Arizona and is seeking part-time licensed therapists to help provide high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults. This role offers a unique opportunity to join early, contribute to program development, and make a direct impact as services are established and expanded across the state. Backpack Healthcare is a clinician-led, minority-owned organization dedicated to delivering accessible, evidence-based mental health care through a model designed to support clinicians and improve outcomes for youth and families.

Requirements

• Active Arizona license (LPC, LCSW)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Nice To Haves

• Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Support families with education and care coordination
