About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual settings. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN MICHIGAN
Licenses Accepted: LLMSW, LLPC, LLMFT, LMSW, LPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software

Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
