About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The company aims to connect individuals with life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care, with the Operations team handling administrative tasks. The position is 100% remote and offers flexibility and support to clinicians.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN INDIANA
Licenses Accepted: LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Provide high-quality mental health care.
Participate in case discussions for collaboration and skill development.
Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group.
Engage in ongoing professional development through free CEUs.
