About The Position
Cyti Psychological is hiring an in-person Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their growing team in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in-office, with the company handling administrative tasks like billing, collections, and scheduling. Requirements
- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
- Willingness to work fully in-office at our Riverside location, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
- Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
