About The Position

Medical Associates Clinic in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a Licensed Master’s level Therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT) to join their multidisciplinary practice. The role involves assessing client needs, abilities, and behavior using various methods, and devising and monitoring appropriate treatment programs in collaboration with colleagues. The practice scope can be tailored to the therapist's preference, such as focusing on children and adolescents, adults, or group therapy. The position offers an excellent compensation package for full-time therapists, including base pay plus incentive eligibility, potentially exceeding $100k.

Requirements

• Licensed Master’s level Therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT)
• Ability to assess client's needs, abilities or behavior using a variety of methods.
• Ability to devise and monitor appropriate programs of treatment, including therapy, counseling, or advice in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to complete documentation timely and in accordance with clinical and accreditation standards.
• Ability to consult with outpatient providers, within and outside the department of Psychiatry and Psychology.
• Ability to complete all other assigned projects and duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapeutic services, including diagnostic assessment and therapeutic intervention.
• Address relationship or family concerns, and/or group therapy.
• Complete documentation timely and in accordance with clinical and accreditation standards.
• Consult with outpatient providers, within and outside the department of Psychiatry and Psychology.
• Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
