Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Work with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Provide telemedicine and in-person therapy.
