About The Position

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2. Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling. Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required.

Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN NEW JERSEY
Licenses Accepted: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, AMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Must complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Participate in case discussions, allowing you to leverage the expertise of others to develop new skills and perspectives.
Provide care to a maximum of 8 clients in a group, allowing the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and do in depth work to create sustainable healing.
