About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide telehealth services. We are looking for forward-thinking professionals in mental health, substance use, and eating disorders to enhance our programming and deliver the best possible care to our clients. This role can be structured as either a contract/1099 position or a W2 position. The contract position offers flexibility in scheduling sessions and working location, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week for group, individual, and/or family sessions. The W2 position requires full-time availability, including some evening and Saturday availability for group, individual, and/or family sessions. Our clinical team is known for its warmth and empathy. While individual clinicians have unique styles, all team members must be proficient in various modalities and sophisticated, relational approaches to address serious mental health issues. Requirements

Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines welcome).
Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
Master's degree in mental health or related field.
Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on 1099 or W2.
Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes survey software daily.
Must be available in the evenings to meet client schedules.
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

Well versed in a variety of modalities and confident integrating them (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus).
Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment.
Creative and engaging, especially over video.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to clients.
Facilitate group sessions.

Integrate various treatment modalities into your approach.

Participate in case discussions.
Complete clinical documentation, potentially using AI-powered tools.
Be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week (for contract roles) or full-time with evening/Saturday availability (for W2 roles).
