About The Position

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual means. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN NEVADA
Licenses Accepted: LSW/LMSW, CPC Intern, MFT INTERN, LCSW, CPC, LMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Offer part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) services.
Be available for evening and Saturday sessions for full-time positions.
Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
Provide group services.
Collaborate with other clinicians in case discussions.
Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group).
Engage collaboratively and creatively on video.
