Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW or LPC)
About The Position
MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LCSW or LPC) to join their expanding clinician team. The organization emphasizes providing clients with a sense of being seen, understood, and respected. They offer flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities, allowing clinicians control over their schedules and caseloads. MySpectrum provides administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and billing support, access to clients across various insurance plans, and fosters a collaborative clinical community. Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
- Understand how culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience can influence mental health
- Have experience serving culturally diverse populations
- Want to help reduce barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Value clinical autonomy while being part of a supportive practice
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Licensure in one of the following states: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Flexibility to commit to joining now and the drive to stick with us so that your caseload can grow
- Must have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties
- Must have high-speed internet
- Must have a HIPAA-protected space to use consistently for sessions
- Must be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
- Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
