About The Position

You will focus on therapeutic relationships, treatment progress, and professional clinical care without the demands of in-office operations. The position offers predictable scheduling and a consistent caseload.

Requirements

• Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience in clinical therapy settings
• Ability to work full-time remotely
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Track progress and update clinical notes
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain compliance with Missouri licensing standards
• Participate in clinical check-ins as scheduled
