We’re searching for talented Licensed Therapists ready to provide quality care in a professional setting. Role Overview This full-time position is focused on delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll also manage accurate documentation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and engage in ongoing training. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Licensed in New Jersey as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with EHR systems
- Effective in both independent and team-based work environments
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to diverse clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Work closely with other medical staff to enhance care delivery
