About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Location: Madison, WI Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Work from home while providing video-based therapy to Wisconsin clients. You’ll have a reliable schedule and a structure that keeps your focus on direct clinical care.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Experience providing therapy in a structured setting
• Ability to manage time and boundaries in a remote role

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct structured assessments and assign diagnoses
• Develop treatment plans and evaluate progress regularly
• Document all services clearly in the EMR
• Take part in virtual staff meetings and clinical reviews
• Collaborate with non-clinical staff on client support needs
