Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a talented hybrid therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to support our growing San Antonio, TX offices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We are the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country and offer a collegial work environment with full administrative support. Our mission is to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. This is a 100% outpatient work in a group practice setting. The compensation range is $75,000-$100,000+ with unlimited/uncapped earnings based on a productivity model. We offer a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, and EAP. We also provide a sign-on bonus and an annual cash bonus incentive plan. Our newly designed and modern offices are located at 430 W Sunset Rd, Alamo Heights, TX 78209.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas.
- Not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- This is a hybrid role and will be in office.
