Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Benefits

$70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week.
Opportunity to transition into a W-2 role with a base salary of $55,000/year and potential to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses.
