About The Position
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy to adults in Delaware through telehealth. The role is responsible for an assigned adult caseload and includes conducting intakes and ongoing treatment, maintaining clinical documentation, and following up on cases. Therapists use sound clinical judgment, independently manage cases, and communicate consistently with clients and other care team members. The position is full-time and remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active MHC license in the state of Delaware.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
- Comfort delivering care through telehealth platforms.
- Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of adult clients.
- Conduct initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.
- Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth.
- Complete diagnostic documentation and required clinical records.
- Review changes in symptoms, functioning, or level of risk.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Comply with Delaware licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.
