About The Position

Fusion Care Group, a highly regarded and supportive mental health organization, is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PHD, PSYD) to join our team in California. Fusion Care Group is a flexible and creative outpatient mental health private practice that provides individual, group, and family therapy as well as medication management and psychiatric services for a wide variety of diagnoses. We have 170+ clinicians with 20 in person offices as well as telehealth statewide in CA, AZ and ID.

Requirements

• Current clinical licensure in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PHD, PSYD).
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients with diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consultations, and training.
• Work closely with schools and other involved professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress using various measures and tools.
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
