Requirements

• Hold independent licensure in Kentucky as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Have experience working with adults, children and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Reside within commuting distance of a local clinic.

• Provide behavioral healthcare to patients with a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Work with adults, children and adolescents, or patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver outpatient mental healthcare through in-person care and telemedicine, as appropriate.
