About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Michigan to provide behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting. The role supports high-quality, evidence-based care for adults and/or children and adolescents. Therapists may work in person at clinics and through telemedicine, with flexibility in work schedules and work location. The compensation model is based on productivity, with a stated range of $90,000–$114,000 and yearly production incentive bonuses of up to $8,000. Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Michigan as a therapist; listed licenses include LCSW, LPC, LMSW, and LMFT.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
