Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. Requirements
- MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN DELAWARE
- Licenses Accepted: LMSW, LACMH, LAMFT, LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
- Provide group services.
- Participate in case discussions.
- Build strong relationships with clients (maximum of 8 clients in a group).
- Do in-depth work to create sustainable healing.
