About The Position
Join Our Remote Therapy Team in California | LCSW, LMFT, LPCC. Looking for a role where your expertise makes a difference every day? We’re building a telehealth team in California and seeking licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs. You’ll provide therapy to individuals and families statewide, all while working from home in a structured yet supportive environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of therapy experience
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions virtually
- Develop tailored treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Work with other providers to ensure client success
- Maintain timely, compliant records
- Stay current with continuing education and best practices
