About The Position

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking skilled, compassionate therapists to join their team. The organization specializes in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. Therapists will be at the center of patient care, building therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. This includes leading therapy groups, facilitating individual sessions, and contributing to integrated treatment plans within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Work in person at our Towson, MD location
Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

Nice To Haves

EMDR training or certification
Experience working with adults in substance use recovery or OTP setting
Comfort working with both adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery.
Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
Provide case management services such as coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes like patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, and transitioning between levels of care.
Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
Other duties as assigned.
