About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery, a privately owned and mission-driven residential treatment center in Dodgeville, WI, is expanding its clinical team. They provide trauma-informed, mental health, and dual-diagnosis care. They are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on clients' lives and desires genuine career support. Requirements

• Active WI license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Confidence and skill in group facilitation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 20+ hours/week of group therapy and psychoeducation, using preferred modalities.
• Provide individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.
• Support clients with crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to client-centered care.
• Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation.
