The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care through virtual means. Positions are available as part-time or full-time W-2 employees. Requirements

MUST HOLD AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSURE IN PENNSYLVANIA
Licenses Accepted: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT
Master’s degree in mental health or related field
Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
Experienced with teens and young adults
Passionate and skilled in group services
Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
Available evenings to meet client needs
Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)

Nice To Haves

EMDR certification a plus
MI certification a plus

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
Provide high-quality mental health care.
Participate in case discussions for professional development and collaboration.
Build strong relationships with clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in a group, to do in-depth work for sustainable healing.
