About The Position

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth, with in-person opportunities where available. Clinicians have control over their schedules and preferred caseloads, receive administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and billing support, and can access clients across a broad range of insurance plans. MySpectrum describes itself as a practice rather than a platform: clinicians are direct W-2 employees who receive operational support while maintaining clinical independence. The organization welcomes therapists with cultural humility, varied perspectives, and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved and culturally diverse communities. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Compensation is production-based at 60% of the applicable contracted payer rate for each completed, billable session, with biweekly pay. Estimated annual earnings are approximately $22,000–$99,000 for part-time clinicians and $95,000 or more for full-time clinicians; actual earnings vary based on caseload, payer mix, services, cancellations, no-shows, and other factors. Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP in at least one of the listed jurisdictions: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
Be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
Have experience working with culturally diverse populations.
Be flexible and committed to joining the organization and remaining long enough for a caseload to grow.
Have access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth sessions and required job duties.
Have high-speed internet.
Have consistent access to a HIPAA-protected space for sessions.
Be comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and value clinical autonomy within a supportive practice.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
