Position Information: Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling.
- Active Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques.
- A commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Guiding clients toward their treatment goals.
- Delivering therapy sessions aimed at prevention and recovery.
- Creating and reviewing detailed treatment plans.
- Working closely with other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintaining proper documentation and managing a full caseload.
