About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Gatlinburg, TN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to Tennessee residents through secure video sessions. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver ongoing therapy, and maintain documentation with a steady weekday schedule.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation habits

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions for assigned clients
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain timely progress notes in EMR
• Participate in consults and trainings
• Follow risk and escalation procedures
