About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Glendale, AZ Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Deliver therapy sessions by video to clients across Arizona. This role is built for clinicians who like clear expectations, steady sessions, and organized clinical workflow.

Requirements

• Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Prior therapy experience preferred
• Confident using telehealth and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions to assigned clients
• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create treatment plans that translate goals into practical steps
• Maintain clear clinical notes and risk documentation
• Participate in case consultation and care coordination as needed
• Assist with clinical oversight tasks when requested (review, coaching, escalation support)
