Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create treatment plans and evaluate progress
• Maintain EMR notes and required records
• Attend consults and clinical meetings
• Follow escalation and safety protocols
