About The Position

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Allentown, PA Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re looking for a Pennsylvania-licensed therapist to deliver telehealth sessions to clients across the state. You’ll complete intakes, guide ongoing therapy, and document care so treatment plans remain clear and current. This is a steady weekday role built around consistency.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide secure video therapy sessions
• Complete assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and updates
• Participate in consults/case discussions
• Support quality and guidance tasks as assigned
