Role Overview: Employment Type: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, with excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
- Background in solution-focused therapy.
- A cooperative and professional mindset.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with clients to create actionable treatment goals.
- Providing therapy services focused on prevention and wellness.
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
- Maintaining a full and meaningful caseload.
