Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
  • Work in person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location from 12:30-8:30 PM with a flexible one-day option to work from home.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
  • Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
  • Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
  • Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
  • Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
  • Other duties as assigned.
