About The Position

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The therapist will be central to patient care, building therapeutic relationships, and delivering high-quality treatment, including leading therapy groups and facilitating individual sessions within a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Active independent licensure: LPC, LSW, LCSW.
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Nice To Haves

  • EMDR experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management.
  • Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Provide case management services, including coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers.
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes.
  • Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
  • Other duties as assigned.
