About The Position
CHE Behavioral is a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1995. We are committed to providing compassionate and cost-effective Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers, improving the quality of life for our older adult patients. We are seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians to join our team of experienced professionals at CHE Behavioral Health Services. As a licensed mental health professional with CHE, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities we serve.
Requirements
- Fully licensed mental health professionals (Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients in a compassionate and cost-effective manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs
- Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans to address patients' mental health challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
