Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health needs
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay current with best practices and guidelines in mental health treatment and apply knowledge to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
