About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join their team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. This role provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team. Services include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy. NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k is available at designated locations.
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
- Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation.
- Must show active CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
