About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join their team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, IN. This role provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team. Services include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy. The position offers a salary range of $55,000-$72,000/year, depending on license and years of experience, and includes a $15,000 bonus for joining the team. NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k is also available at designated locations.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation.
• Must show active CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
