About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join their team at Calhoun Correctional Institution in Blountstown, Florida. This role involves providing mental health case management services to patients within a correctional setting. The professional will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation.
- Must show active CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting.
- Consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care.
- Conducts intake and assessments.
- Performs crisis intervention.
- Develops treatment plans.
- Provides individual and group therapy.
