Licensed Mental Health Professional $15,000 Bonus
About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join their team at Rockville Correctional Facility in Rockville, Indiana. This role provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team. Centurion Health provides comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities and other community settings nationwide. The position offers a $15,000 bonus for joining full-time, with a salary range of $55,000-$70,000/year depending on license and experience. NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k may also be available.
Requirements
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
- Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A).
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation.
- Must show active CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting.

- Conducts intake and assessments.
- Performs crisis intervention.
