About The Position

At CareATC, we are revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare by providing exceptional, patient-centered solutions. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Professional to join our integrated care team supporting employees and their families through CareATC's employer-sponsored health centers. In this hybrid role, you'll provide evidence-based counseling and behavioral health support while partnering closely with primary care providers to deliver whole-person care. You'll help patients navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and other behavioral health needs—all within a collaborative, patient-centered environment designed to improve long-term health outcomes. This role supports patients across multiple employer-sponsored health centers in Indiana and Kentucky, with a hybrid schedule that includes four onsite days and one remote workday each week. With a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, this role offers the work-life balance and professional fulfillment many behavioral health clinicians are seeking.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program or a related behavioral health field
  • Current, active Indiana and Kentucky professional licensure in good standing (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
  • Minimum one year of recent experience providing evidence-based individual counseling
  • Experience with electronic medical records and clinical documentation

  • Experience providing mental health services in a primary care or integrated care setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual and family counseling
  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals and connect patients with specialty services and community resources when appropriate
  • Support wellness initiatives, educational programming, and patient engagement
  • Build collaborative relationships with patients, providers, clinic staff, and employer partners
